I am a Connecticut-based therapist offering culturally affirming, trauma-informed therapy. In my practice, I utilize IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as Polyvagal-informed and somatic approaches that weave body awareness and physical experience into therapy. I welcome and affirm neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients and strive to create a space where your identities, experiences, and ways of being are respected and valued. My previous training includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) approaches.
Sessions are offered in person or online for residents of Connecticut, with a warm, collaborative approach at your pace.
