I am a first-generation Polish immigrant living in Connecticut with my family, where I cherish our time together and find joy in outdoor adventures—from hiking wooded trails and moving freely through nature to exploring new horizons. Recently, I completed my yoga teacher certification and continue to explore my curiosity with various meditative practices, including Transcendental Meditation and Vedic meditation.
As a lifelong learner and explorer, I stay curious about the world and the inner landscapes we all navigate. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences of trauma and the profound healing I found through therapy. Knowing firsthand the power of this work fuels my commitment to guide others toward their own resilience, clarity, and wholeness.
I hold an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in Connecticut. Before transitioning to private practice, I gained diverse experience working in mental health agencies, hospitals, residential group homes, and clinical trials research, where I provided both acute therapy and routine outpatient care. I have completed Level 2 training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy and am currently pursuing certification. I am also EMDR-certified and have received intensive training in DBT, CBT, Polyvagal theory, and various mindfulness approaches.
