Life can bring you unexpected and unasked for pain. I offer space to but it can also give you opportunities to work on overcoming your struggles. Imagine what you would feel like to be able to find relief, whether it would be in the form of having a peaceful night of sleep, forming a meaningful relationship with another person, or by finding meaning in each day while rediscovering your sense of pain. I invite you to enter the therapy space to explore ways in which you can embark on your journey of healing.
Some suggest that you must have courage to facilitate change within yourself. Change is an inevitable part of your life, and if you choose to move towards it with acceptance, I can assist in helping you achieve positive change.
During first few sessions, together we will work to determine therapy goals and determine the most useful approach for you. I partner with my clients to identify and recognize your strengths, establish, and problem solve issues that may be negatively impacting you. I look forward to hearing from you and to accompany you in your journey.
